This application allows vessel operators to submit a float plan before departure and confirm safe return after completing vessel operations.

1. Enter vessel and operator details
2. Provide launch location and work details
3. Enter estimated departure and return times
4. Complete required safety checklist and acknowledgements
5. Submit the float plan for record

After completing operations, please confirm your safe return using the Daily Closure Report feature. This ensures all vessel activity is accurately tracked and accounted for.

You will receive email reminder approximately one hour after your estimated return time. The Daily Closure Report link is included in both the float plan confirmation email and reminder email.

Alternatively, you can access the Daily Closure Report by searching using your Plan ID or tracking number.
